HEAD, ARM AND BACK MASSAGE

Tension in the shoulder and neck area, which is often accompanied by headaches and back pain, is unfortunately a widespread phenomenon today. Stress, sitting incorrectly at work, prolonged sitting and too little exercise are often the causes of these civilisation complaints. By using special massage techniques and grips that loosen the muscles and remove lactic acid from the tissues, the tension and hardening of the muscles can be relieved. Pain can thus be prevented or existing pain can be alleviated.

FULL BODY MASSAGE

Gentle movement, acupressure, stretching (passive yoga), energy work and meditation is used to gently stretch and strengthen muscles, stimulate lymphatic flow, deepen breathing and relieve pressure on the spine. FOOT REFLEXOLOGY MASSAGE

The Thai foot massage is one of the oldest forms of massage. The traditional Thai massage is used here intensively for acupressure treatment of the foot reflex zones. Among other things, it activates the flow of blood and lymph and stimulates the body's defences and self-healing powers. The explanation for this is that the sensory nerves for the internal organs run through the whole body and are thus connected to other organs. Many end in the feet, where each internal organ is assigned a corresponding part of the foot. If our feet are tired, so is our body.
